The Dubuisson Brewery, which celebrated its 225th anniversary in 1994, was founded in 1769 by Joseph Leroy an ancestor of the Dubuisson family..
Sunny and bubbly orange/yellow blend, creamy foam. Fresh and scented, full and well-balanced and highly digestible, it has an alcohol volume of 7%. It is characterized by all of the unique Dubuisson Brewery qualities. Specifically, it is brewed in the traditional way, it is 100 % natural, it has no additives and it possesses unquestionable character. Solid and thin lacing all the way down. The touches of bitterness, sourness and sweetness are carefully proportioned to make it a distinctively balanced beer. Liquid Trolls Gold !
Created in June 1998, Bush Blond is a discovery in the Belgian strong blond ale style in which it plays undoubtfully a major role. It has a 10.5° alcohol content and a light and glistering blond color. Sweet aroma, some fruitness (light banana and a little citrusly as well). Very creamy and full mouthfeel. Strong alcohol tones dominating with a hopsy aftertaste. A Brewery Dubuisson's signature Ale.
It was created in 1933 by Alfred Dubuisson, grand-father of the present family brewer, Hugues. Its former name was "Bush 12%", but today it's known as Bush Amber. The amber color is due to the use of caramel malt. Bush Amber is one of the strongest Belgian Ales with an alcol content of 12°. Its bitter sweet taste provide s it with firmness and personality. What's more, it helps digestion. The full flavor masks the high abv. Pretty copper/amber colored with a tick white head. Definite hints of belgian candy sugar and some biscuit malts.
Brewed in limited quantity. This is a sweet beer with a pleasant flavour of hops. Indeed, for Bush de Noël, the brewer uses a traditional process which consists in placing hops flowers in the vats where the beer rests for four to six weeks by which time it will have reached full maturity, giving it a very distinctive taste. Pours a dark amber-brown, nice bubbly head, decent lace. Aromas are malt, buttery nuts, honey, yeast and bread. High abv makes it nicely warming. Hopsy aftertaste.
Aging in oak barrels for 6 Months gives this beer an uncommon smoothness and richness. Placed in a very nice box and a great looking bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color, very little foam, deeply complex aroma.
Another amazing Dubuisson beer.
