Belgian coffee with "Chimay Blue"What you need :
Preparation
- Replace the Irish whiskey with Chimay Blue.
- Use a graduated glass of Irish Coffee.
- Heat the Trappist beer, without boiling, add according to taste one heaped tablespoon of brown sugar and a hint of cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture into hot, strong coffee using the measures on the glass and even slightly
increase the amount of Chimay.
- Carefully add the single cream letting it run along a spoon.
NOTE
Never use soluble (instant) coffee.
