Châteaubriand with "Duvel"
Serves 4 People
What you need:
- 800 gr Châteaubriand
- honey
- Duvel
- brown fond
- cream
- potatoes
- mushrooms
- tomatoes
- herbs
- water cress
Preparation:
Fry the steak “rare”. Cut very thin slices of potatoes and fry them in olive oil with thyme.
Sauce:
- Brown fond + Duvel+ cream + honey
- Fry the mushrooms
- Tomatoes: put honey and fine herbs on them and heat up.
