Pilsners

The most popular beer style in the world: about 90% of the consumer beer around the world is of this style. A Pilsner is a golden clear lager.

A lager beer is a beer fermented on the bottom of the vessel in cold temperatures, just above freezing. The yeast that ferments at these cold temperatures became widely used in the early 1800's, when mechanical refrigiration became available.

A bottom fermentation “pils” beer, filtrated but not pasteurised. The Rédor is a pure malt “pils”, which means they only use the barley malt as starch. There are no grains added, so  the Rédor becomes a tasteful “pils” with a real bitterness.

Malt enhancing upon tasting, it leaves the hops to offer a hint of bitterness without lingering and without acridity, and to take on a thirst-quenching role with a surprising flavour for a Pils.

Maes is a golden lager beer, it has a fruity, clean and light flavour with a pleasant hint of bitterness.  Pours a light and clear gold with a pure white head. Crisp smell, a bit bitter tasting at first, but actually quite mellow for a pils.
